Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy.

Our Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Returns Policy to learn more about your right to cancel Your Order.

Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.

Membership products offered on the Service are available for access shortly after purchase. Membership products are therefore not eligible for cancellation once purchased. This is stated in the product description and by purchasing a Membership product you agree to this, including Your loss of cancellation right.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Subscriptions

Subscription period

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company.
You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.

Billing

You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.

The Company will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are virtual cards that have a 16-digit Gift Card number. Gift Cards are valid for usage at www.www.mommysownmilk.com. Use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of Mommy’s Own Milk LLC is final. Mommy’s Own Milk LLC reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

The Gift Card cannot be replaced.
The Gift Card does not have an expiration date.
No fees will be charged against the unused balance of the Gift Card.
The Gift Card can be used in conjunction with other ongoing discounts or promotional offers.
The Gift Card can be used in multiple purchases.
The balance amount of the Gift Card can be used in subsequent purchases.
The Gift Card cannot be returned or refunded. No change will be given but any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card, and may be applied to future use.
The Gift Card can be used for purchasing a membership at www.mommysownmilk.com

The Gift Card cannot be:

Redeemed or exchanged for cash (except as required by law).
Redeemed or exchanged for another Gift Card.
Used to purchase another Gift Card

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.

If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Social Media Prize Draws

Must be 18+ years old to enter.
Must reside in the United States of America (USA).
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
A winner will be randomly selected from all participating social media platforms and notified via direct message (DM). Winner must respond to DM within 48 hours with their email address, full name, date of birth, and phone number to receive the prize.
We may request a photo and full name from the Prize Draw winner for our announcement. Rest assured, your email address and phone number will remain private.

Coupons are a type of Promotion. Each Coupon is identified by a Coupon Code. All requirements stated on the Coupon must be met to receive the discount specific to that Coupon.

Coupons are valid for a limited time only.
The Company may modify or cancel Coupons at any time without notice.
Coupons may be subject to quantity limits.
Coupons may have minimum purchase requirements.
Coupons cannot be applied to Gift Cards.
Coupons have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.
Coupons cannot be used if expired.
Coupons are void if auctioned, altered, duplicated, reproduced, copied, transferred, or sold.
Coupons cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Acceptable Activities

Acceptable use of the Service includes:

You may print up to one unaltered copy of the content from the Service for personal and non-commercial use only.
You may download up to one unaltered copy the Content from the Service for personal and non-commercial use only.
Printed Content must include any logos, trademarks, and copyright notices originally included on the Content.
All downloaded and printed copies of the Content must be destroyed within 3 days after your membership to www.www.mommysownmilk.com expires
If your membership is terminated all downloaded and printed Content must be destroyed within 24 hours of termination.

Class & Group Attendance

By registering for and attending a class or support group hosted by Mommy’s Own Milk LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Information

Classes and groups are for educational and support purposes only and do not replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If specific clinical concerns arise, we encourage you to book a private consultation for one-on-one support.
Participation is voluntary and you may leave at any time.

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If your insurance plan covers lactation services or educational classes, we are happy to provide a receipt or superbill upon request. However, coverage is not guaranteed and remains your responsibility to verify.

Cancellations & Refunds

If we cancel the class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, you may not be able to participate fully and no refund will be issued.

Health & Safety

Do not attend if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are contagious.
Notify us in advance if you have any medical conditions or physical limitations we should be aware of.

Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge that all activities are voluntary and agree to release Mommy’s Own Milk LLC from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.

Privacy & Photography

We may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. Please let us know in writing to https://www.mommysownmilk.com/contact-us/ if you prefer not to be included.

Class Content

Content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Privacy & Respect

We aim to provide a supportive, inclusive, and judgment-free space. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
